GENESIS

Kendriya Vidyalaya Barabanki was established in July 1996 in civil sector. It was established upto class X and got permission to start XI Science in Year 2009-10.Now it is running upto Class 1 to 12 with single section . The Vidyalaya initially was started in Vikas Bhawan a rented building ,later on it was shifted to Lakhpedabagh Barabanki in its own building

To be literate is one thing but being educated means something wider and deeper. It is my conviction that it is today's child who will grow into a future pillar for the edifice of our country. We must try to inculcate the habits in students to put to use whatever they learn for the betterment of society , and mankind. The Vidyalaya Website aims to provide complete information and reflects the development of the school and the achievements of its children during the whole session. One of the main objectives of education over the years has been to empower the learners to sail in fresh water - to be innovative, creative, adventurous and enterprising. For the all round development of the children of the Vidyalaya, we not only encourage students to do well academically, but also to learn new technologies and be abreast with the rest of the world. Vidyalaya website is the first step towards this endeavor and I hope Students and parents will make maximum use of this latest technology and come up with their views for further improvements and making the website a success.

Cleanliness Fortnight Activities (School Level) Under the Cleanliness Fortnight, children in the school enthusiastically participated in various activities. Poster Making Competition – Students created attractive posters on cleanliness and environmental protection. Oath Ceremony – All students and teachers took a pledge to maintain cleanliness and inspire others. Cleaning Drive – Students collectively cleaned the school premises, classrooms, and playground. Essay and Speech Competition – Children expressed their thoughts on the importance of cleanliness. Awareness Rally – Students raised slogans to spread the message of cleanliness in society.

Hindi Maah 2026

During Hindi Month, teachers and students enthusiastically participated in various programs. Teachers&amp;amp;amp;rsquo; Seminar &amp;amp;amp;ndash; Teachers shared their thoughts on the importance of Hindi and teaching methods. Competitions &amp;amp;amp;ndash; Students took part in different contests. Hindi Debate Competition &amp;amp;amp;ndash; Students expressed their views on social and educational topics. Speech Competition &amp;amp;amp;ndash; Children delivered impactful speeches on Hindi language and culture. Poetry Recitation &amp;amp;amp;ndash; Students recited poems of famous poets. Poetry Writing Competition &amp;amp;amp;ndash; Children presented self-composed poems.

Mrs Swati Srivasatava is a phenomenal teacher and facilitator and an equally marvellous human being. She is playing the key role in maintaining the ICT infrastructure in Vidyalaya. Her efforts cannot be ignored in running the Project “SBSB ,PISA,UBI, ShalaDarpan, DIKSHA, PIMS”. She has also prepared Shikshak Parv Contents for Region which has displayed on HQ site.She has also worked as a Resource Person in various State Govt Projects(SCERT) and Regional Level Training(PRT). . She is always giving her best whatever the work assigned to her whether the maintenance of ICT infrastructure of Vidyalaya.. She is very co-operative with the staff,parents and provides congenial atmosphere to the students and teachers to create positive environment to get the best results in all the fields. She is using maximum use of ICT in by the teacher in the Vidyalaya teaching learning process. She has developed various e-content of class XI and XII students. She has developed learning blog for students of class XII and XI where students can download previous year CBSE question paper, PPT on various Topic, and Video lecture on some important topics. This is the result of her sincere efforts and teaching methodology that she is producing 100% result with quality since last 13 years.
